This application is to be completed by anyone desiring a position of ministry to minors. It will be used to help Northfield Baptist Church provide a safe and secure environment for those children and teens who participate in its programs. This form is required for all prospective workers, but completion does not guarantee a ministry position. After you apply, a ministry leader will contact you about the opportunities to serve.
